This chainmaille bracelet is made with strikingly clear and bright anodized aluminum jump rings in spring-themed pastel colors green and purple. The rings are processed with a special anodizing technique unique to my supplier that makes them super shiny for years, even with daily wear.
While it may look heavy being made of metal, anodized aluminum is very light weight and feels weightless on your wrist. Chainmaille takes the opening and closing of each individual jump ring, woven in a pattern to create the unique jewelry. It is incredibly time-consuming, but the result is always worth it.
The pattern in a combination of Byzantine and Persian to make what I like to call "barbed wire". Unlike barbed wire, it is very smooth and won't scratch. The bracelet is about 8 inches long and up to 1/2 an inch thick in some places (1/4 inch in others). It's made with a large silver plated steel lobster clasp.
